Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

After registering your return, you will receive further information about the process and the return address by e-mail.

Requirements for a return:

• The return must be registered within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

• The goods must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition.

• If possible, the original packaging should also be returned.

Return costs:

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified.

Reimbursement:

After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

Personalized or individually manufactured products are excluded from revocation, unless there is an error on our part.
